The Leadership Essentials Certification is designed with three components to reinforce learning: Classroom training, a simulation and case studies from various universities, including Harvard. The certification will be awarded for the successful completion of: eight three hour leadership evening training sessions and team case studies focused on leadership topics covered in class.
